Choosing and ordering our seals is Easy!

Colour of EPDM seals is black. In silicone seals the most common colours are brown, white, grey and black. Most common colours of TPE seals are white, dark brown (RAL8011), light brown (RAL8004), grey (RAL7040) and beige (RAL1001). When your order is more than 10 000m whole range of RAL-colour codes are available. In multi-component products different materials can be produced in different colours.

Not every product, for which we have tool (about 1500 different tools), is in the catalogue. You can inquire the sealing profile of your needs from our factory. If we don’t have a profile that suits your needs we will prepare a tool so we can produce the seal that meets your reguirements. In this case your product will have it’s own product number so it can be ordered with that number. Offer inquiries and orders can be made with a phone, e-mail, fax or letter.

The style and size of the package can differ depending on what kind of use the sealing profile is meant for. Customer can choose the package in which the sealing profile will be delivered. Delivery packages of our seals

Most of the seals are produced and packed straight into the packages which are then delivered to the customers. This way we can keep our production expenses low. On the same palette and at the same prize customer can have more seal. This also reduces the unpacking time at the customers end. There’s also much less trash left over when the seal has been unpacked from packages (ISO14001).

Wood structures

Sealing profiles are used for wooden window and door frames, also in carpenter industry and in beam structures. Seals are also made with self-adhesive label.

Plastic structures

Sealing profiles are used for glazing and sealing the plastic profiles. For example in plastic window systems.

Aluminium structures

Sealing profiles are used for glazing and sealing the aluminium profiles of windows and doors.

Metal structures

Sealing profiles are used for metal door and window frames. Seals with self-adhensive label are used for glazing.

Autoframe seals

Sealing profiles are used in truck bodywork.

Window attachment / Glazing panels

With glazing panels windows are attached to machines, vehicles, boats etc.

Sealing with EPDM cellurar rubber strips

Cellurar rubber strips (also available with self-adhesive label) are used for sealing different kind of structures, for example sealing the light structured partition wall.

Hoses

We manufacture universal hoses, fuel hoses and cleaning hoses from TPE (thermoplastic elastomer). EPDM hoses are also available.

U-strips

U-strips are used for glazing and covering edges.

Building / Sealing structures

Sealing profiles are used for sealing joints in building industry.

Buffers

We manufacture buffers which are used for trucks, machines, wharfs and boats.

Special profiles according to the customer’s needs

Nowadays OT-Kumi manufactures over 1500 different sealing profiles.
However most of the customers wants their sealing profiles according to their own designs. Making of a new sealing profile means that new profiel nozzle has to be made. All profile nozzles are made according to customer’s own design picture or according to design picture made by OT-Kumi’s professionals.
Profile nozzles are made using a computerised machine tool to archieve excellent accuracy in the end product.

Attaching more than only one different materials to the sealing profile gives more properties for the end product (2 or 3-component profile).
